This is where we begin. Once you have completed the intake form, we will meet for our initial consultation (1.5 hrs). Following the initial consult, two more 1 hour sessions will follow.

Your appointments are recommended to be within 7-10 days of each other. With the exception of your initial consultation, appointments can be virtual.

This package is for those who have completed the initial consultation, plus 2 one on one sessions and are ready to continue on their wellness journey. Please note that the 10 sessions do not have to be done weekly, it can be spread out over 12 months.
