Yoga for Wellbeing-Wauwatosa

This all abilities class is supported by the traditional teachings of yoga to include mindful movement, mudra, breathing practices, meditation and more! Come enjoy the benefits of a yoga practice...improved posture and balance, better concentration, overall increase in energy, greater flexibility and range of motion, as well as emotional balance.

I strongly suggest advance registration as space is limited. Registration closes 1 hour before class starts. If no one is registered, class will be canceled.
